Several years ago, Ray, Susan and I were faced with the decision of continuing the ministry of Two By Two or shutting it down. Throughout the struggle, our hope was that God still wanted us to continue singing His praises. We love to sing and we love His people, but we wanted to be sure that His will was done and not ours. He made His will very clear when Jerry stepped forward to fill the vacant baritone spot. Without a doubt, we knew God’s intention for us was to continue. Our hope in God’s promises was renewed. In short order Mike became a part of our team and once again we were back to the full quartet sound we all love. Our hope for the future of Two By Two was once again renewed. As I write these words on Good Friday evening, I am reminded of the hope that lies ahead on Easter morning. For us who believe in the resurrection of Christ, there is Renewed Hope, because we know that the tomb is still empty and that Jesus is alive! That pure Gospel message is what we pray you hear in each of these songs. May you have “Renewed Hope” as your spirit is lifted higher with each note ... Wes
